Yun Lu, PharmD, MS, BCCP
Chair
Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist/Cardiology/Anticoagulation
Clinical Associate Professor, College of Pharmacy, University of Minnesota
Yun Lu, PharmD, MS, BCCP, earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Minnesota in 1998. She has worked as a clinical Cardiology/Anticoagulation pharmacy specialist since 1998. Currently she is also a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency research co-lead. Dr Lu’s practice areas include cardiology and anticoagulation. She is a nature lover, enjoys gardening, running and hiking.
Min Zhang, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP
Chair Elect
Min Zhang, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP, graduated from Northeastern University with PharmD in 2012. She completed her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2013, where she worked as a medicine pharmacist for 4-5 years, gaining experience across various specialties, including internal medicine, obstetrics, heart failure, surgery and pediatrics. In November 2017, Min joined Boston Medical Center, where she currently serves as a Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor role), overseeing both the internal medicine and pediatric pharmacist teams. Her professional interests include adult medicine, infectious diseases, cardiology, and pediatrics. She loves teaching, precepting and mentoring students and residents. Occasionally, she teaches various pharamcotherapeutic topics at different colleges.
Hongmei Wang, PharmD, PhD, BCIDP

Hongmei Wang, PharmD, PhD, BCIDP, is an associate professor of Pharmacy Practice at Texas Southern University and an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist practicing at Houston Methodist Texas Medical Center. Her research focuses on medication access, adherence, and therapeutic drug monitoring in care for adults with HIV prevention and treatment through the implementation science strategies. She received grants from the NIMHD to implement pharmacy-based HIV prevention services and through the RCMI Coordination Center to support minority older adults in the transition of care.
Yangzhou (Mirina) Li, PharmD, MS

Yangzhou (Mirina) Li, MS, PharmD, is a regulatory medical writing scientist in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and is responsible for preparation and finalization of clinical documents and regulatory responsesin the oncology therapeutic area. Her main focus will be supporting the late development portfolio. Prior to joining J&J, Mirina worked in regulatory affairs as a project manager and regulator medical writing roles at several sponsors including contributions to early and late CAR-T therapy programs. Mirina holds a BS in Biology Science from Sichuan University, a MS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut, and a PharmD from the University of Connecticut.
Kunkun Wang, PharmD, BCPS

Kunkun Wang, PharmD, BCPS. Kunkun graduated from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities College of Pharmacy in 2019. She has been working as an inpatient pharmacist in critical care and emergency medicine since graduation. She enjoys nature and the outdoors.
Mengyan Li, PharmD, BCPS, CACP

Mengyan “Esther” Li, PharmD, BCPS, CACP, RPh is an advanced practice clinical pharmacist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Li has extensive clinical experience in acute care settings with clinical interests in internal medicine, transplant, cardiology, and transition of care. She currently focuses her practice as an advanced practice clinical pharmacist providing anticoagulation management. She also precepts students and residents and leads research projects in anticoagulation management. Dr. Li previously worked at World Health Organization HQ (Geneva, Switzerland) specializing in public health work related to tuberculosis, malaria, and HIV. She is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider (CACP).
Shan Wang, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, FCCM

Shan Wang, BS, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, FCCM is Director of Pharmacy Residency at NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island in Mineola, NY. Dr. Wang is also a Clinical Pharmacotherapy Specialist in Critical Care for 24 years. Dr. Wang oversees the clinical pharmacy services and educations at NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island. Her research interests include antibiotic use in critically ill patients, anticoagulant use in critically ill patients, as well pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in critically ill patients. Dr. Wang is specialized in pharmacotherapy in Trauma patient population. She is a Fellow of American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM). She is a board certified critical care pharmacist (BCCCP) as well as board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS). Dr. Wang directs a team of clinical pharmacists and PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients.
Ruodi Ren, PharmD, MS, BCPS
Secretary, Communication Committee
Ruodi Ren, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is a certified clinical pharmacotherapy expert (bcps) by the American Pharmacists Association. Bachelor's degree from Peking University and Master's degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. 2020 Doctor of Pharmacy, University of Minnesota. Completed clinical residency training as a clinical pharmacist at West Virginia University Hospital and received teaching certification from the American Pharmacists Association. She enjoys yoga and hiking.
